HBO’s 24/7 series is becoming one of the most popular sports shows on television today. I didn’t know a whole heck of a lot about Flyers goalie Ilya Bryzgalov before I started watching the 24/7 on the Rangers and Flyers leading up to the Winter Classic. I know enough now to consider Ilya to be a hidden gem in sports. The guy is as weird and as funny as it gets in professional sports. The great thing about him is he’s a good dude. He’s just weird as sh$t. He was without a doubt the star of this series. So much so that we had to put together a compilation of clips to celebrate his ‘uniqueness’.
