At 31 years of age ex Oiler Mike Comrie has announces his retirement after career ending hip surgery 2 weeks ago. Comrie was drafted 91st overall in the 1999 entry draft by the Edmonton Oilers. Mike went on to play for the Oilers for 3 seasons, scoring 30 goals once in that span and over 20 goals twice. A contract dispute sent Comrie to the Philadelphia Flyers were he played 21 games...
