Philadelphia Flyers right wing Jaromir Jagr left Saturday's game against the New Jersey Devils due to a lower-body injury.
Jagr, who will turn 40 next month, logged just over three minutes of ice time before he exited the game.
He was sidelined earlier this month due to what the team said was a mild groin strain.
The former NHL scoring champion has 12 goals and 22 assists in 39 games this season. He is in his first season back in the NHL after playing in Russia's Kontinental Hockey League for three years.
