The Islanders have recalled Kevin Poulin and Rhett Rakhshani from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, and simultaneously placed Marty Reasoner on injured reserved this afternoon.
Reasoner has been place on IR retroactive to January 6 with a broken hand.
Rakhshani has played in 27 games, scoring nine goals and 16 assists. He also represented Bridgeport in the 2011 AHL All-Star Classic...
