The Ottawa Senators are listening to trade offers for center Jason Spezza. He is in his seventh year in the league, all with Ottawa. It has been tough for Ottawa GM Brian Murray  to move him because of high contract. Spezza is due 7 million dollars over the next five seasons.  There are only a few teams in the NHL who are under the cap, and are able to pay Spezza his money. The Senators are looking to upgrade their blueline, but the market for defensemen is not good right now. So, it will be tough to get what they need. Spezza has put up good numbers in his career, having 480 points in 469 career games. He has 172 goals and 308 assists. The 27 year old center is off to a fast start in 2010 scoring one goal and four assists in 5 games played.                                                                                                      Written by John Saban
