Mike Comrie has decided to call it a career.
Comrie recently had his third hip surgery in five years, making it "impossible for him to manage the rigors of NHL play", TSN reported, citing a release.
The 31-year-old was limited to just 21 games with the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2010-11 season.
