Winnipeg Jets center Nik Antropov has been fined $2,500 for boarding Buffalo Sabres defenseman T.J. Brennan on Jan. 19.The National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced Friday that the center was fined the maximum allowed under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.The incident occurred in the third period with Antropov only being assessed a minor penalty for roughing on the play.The fine money will go to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
