Evander Kane, Tim Stapleton and Dustin Byfuglien each had a goal and an assist as the Winnipeg Jets ended a five-game losing skid with a 5-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday night.
Ondrej Pavelec made 30 saves as Winnipeg earned its third home win of the season. Mark Flood and Andrew Ladd also scored for the Jets.

In the second of six games between the clubs this season - Tampa Bay won the first - Winnipeg jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period on goals by Kane and Byfuglien.
Kane scored his sixth of the season after firing a shot that went in off the post on goalie Dwayne Roloson's stick side at 4:51.
Kane then set up Byfuglien's third goal of the season when he sent a pass across the ice to the big defenseman, who ripped a slap shot into the net at 13:02.
