Image via trialx.com Jeff Carter had a natural hat trick last night. It was Kings cap giveaway night at the Staples Center. And you said Jeff Carter never scored timely goals. The Kings played like they were jet lagged from their recent Vancouver trip as they didn't have a shot on goal until the 15 minute mark of the first period and only 6 shots through 2 periods. But thanks...

Chip McCleary: 3/5, Blues vs. Kings - Recap: That ... was ugly.

My 3 Stars of the Game 1. Jake Muzzin, L.A. – his goal in the 3rd to tie things up was effectively the knockout blow. 2. Jeff Carter, L.A. – his goal in the 3rd to put the Kings up finished the Blues off for good. 3. Justin Williams, L.A. – flies under the radar of a lot of people, and all he did was chip in 3 assists and generally create chances in the back half...
