The Kings said he is scheduled to see a specialist in Nashville early next month, but Kings coach Dean Lombardi told the Los Angeles Times that Parse will require surgery. The 27-year-old Parse underwent hip surgery in November 2010 and missed five months before returning for two playoff games. He has scored two goals in nine games this season.
