Pascal LeClaire has decided to retire from the NHL. Pascal LeClaire
He last played for the Ottawa Senators during the 2010-2011 season. He decided to retire due to chronic hip problems, which cost him all of last season.
He underwent three separate surgeries on his hip, but he was not able to recover from them to return to action. He has finished with a 61-76-15 record with 10 shutouts.
He played with the Columbus Blue Jackets from 2002 to 2009, before moving on to the Senators from 2009 to 2011. He was formerly the 8th overall pick by the Blue Jackets in the 2001 NHL Entry Level draft.
