Local attorney Neil Sheehy, who represents new Wild defenseman Ryan Suter, has owned two Wild season tickets. But with the addition this summer of Suter and fellow free agent Zach Parise, Sheehy bought eight more season tickets.
“The Wild have made a commitment to having a great product, and I just showed my enthusiasm by buying 10 season tickets,” Sheehy said.
And regarding that cash call?
The Wild aren’t expected to give Zach Parise and Ryan Suter their $10 million signing bonuses until the day they’re due, which is Saturday. Each day the Wild can hold on to the money saves the team about $1,300 in interest.
