In a move likely help absorb the loss of Jordan Eberle, the Oilers have recalled forwards Linus Omark (again) and Liam Reddox from the Oklahoma City Barons.
We’ve seen what raw talent Omark possesses, but it’s high time that Liam Reddox finally got some face time on the big club.

Reddox had a great preseason. There’s no slicing it any different. The guy played his balls off in training camp, and because an injured JF Jacques and Steve MacIntyre were on the big squad, Reddox (along with Linus Omark) was the odd guy out. Reddox is averaging a point a game, and is currently second on the OKC Barons with 33 points (18G-15A) in 33 games.
Good for him, I hope he has a three point night tomorrow versus Detroit.

- Paajarvi gets scratched for the Calgary game a couple of days ago, today he’s playing with the first line. I can’t make this stuff up.
- Jim Vandermeer will likely be made available for tomorrow’s game, as he was on the ice today alongside Kurtis Foster.
Seriously pumped up for Reddox. I hope he shines.
