The Toronto Maple Leafs limited the Lightning shots for most of the game. But the Bolts scored four goals in route to a 4-2 win. Vinny Levalier put the Lightning out in front 1-0 in the first period after taking the pass from Benoit Pouliot. Almost 10 minutes later, Toronto’s Mikhail Grabovski tied it after putting the rebound past Anders Lindback. Steven Stamkos would put the Bolts back up 2-1 after Pouliot fought for the puck behind the Maple Leafs’ net. Cory Conacher would get the puck and find Stamkos in front for the goal. Tampa Bay would add two more in the third period and Toronto’s attempt of a comeback fell short with one goal on the empty net man advantage. The Lightning only put 19 shots on goal. Lindback made 23 saves on 25 shots faced. The post Lightning all over the Leafs in 4-2 win appeared first on The Bay Cave.
