Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Marc-Andre Bergeron has decided to undergo surgery on his injured lower back and will miss the rest of the season.Bergeron has been sidelined since Feb. 2 with a back injury and sciatic nerve pain. He recorded four goals and 20 assists in 43 games for the Lightning.
