Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman will return to the ice for Tuesday's game against the Southeast Division rival Washington Capitals. Hedman, who has been sidelined with a concussion since Dec. 27, has missed the team's last 13 contests. The second overall pick of the 2009 draft, Hedman has collected two goals and four assists in 32 games for the Lightning this season. Hedman, 21, signed a five-year contract extension worth a reported $20 million in November.
