Loui Eriksson continues to make strides and show signs of improvement with the Dallas Stars. Eriksson’s value in fantasy hockey could never be higher. One thing that has to concern you is if his numbers drop thanks to the departure of Brad Richards.
Over the last three seasons Loui Eriksson has posted career high numbers. Eriksson had a career high 63 points in 2008-2009. Eriksson then topped those numbers with 71 points in 2009-2010. Last season Eriksson posted 73 points for the Dallas Stars.
I still think Eriksson is a player on the rise, but I cannot see him scoring 70+ points without Brad Richards. I say Eriksson gets somewhere in between 64 and 69 points during the 2011-2012 NHL Regular Season.
