Via RedWingFeed of all places, ESPN’s John Buccigross posted this Tweet about Shane Doan’s potential non-Phoenix landing spots approximately an hour ago, and the hockey world, perhaps hoping to hear about things other than CBA negotiations, has gone ape about it: Was told tongiht that Buffalo’‘s four year, 30 million dollar offer to Shane Doan is legit. Coyotes only want to go two years for now.— John Buccigross (@Buccigross) August 22, 2012 Doan’s repeatedly expressed his desire to remain in Phoenix, and he’s clearly waiting for the franchise’s ownership issues to be resolved, but if that doesn’t happen, hey, more power to Terry Pegula if he wants to give a 35-year-old that kind of money.

Coyotes’ Paul Bissonnette Does Yoga With Amy Lynn Grover

I know very little about Paul Bissonnette AKA Biznasty. I knew about the story when he called Ilya Kovalchuk a Communist on Twitter. I know the guy has a growing reputation as a “funny dude”. I think this video confirms it. I’m sort of a fan… I’ll tell you what though. Amy Lynn Grover… I’m not a huge fan.

Richard Cloutier: OwnerFailBlog.org

I thought I'd clarify that before I get into today's rant. What in the world is wrong with owners and management of NHL teams? Moronic. See, there's a good chance the NHL might experience a lockout. Why? Because...
