The Caps' 7-4 loss in Tampa provided few moments of good cheer. Here's one of them. It's a four-man drama featuring perpetual fan favorite Matt Bradley, reigning MVP Alex Ovechkin, a dude in black and white stripes, and this fella named Steve Downie, who has already gotten two suspensions of at least 20 games, who once cross-checked his own teammate (reportedly over a past disagreement when the teammate refused to go into a bus bathroom with naked teammates as part of a hazing ritual), and who was once described on an NHL scouting report as "a bit of a rat."
