Mess: I'm ready to run Rangers

While Messier wants to takeover the position, current Rangers' GM Glen Sather has not even indicated that he's interested in leaving. Other rumors are that Gretzky is someone that the Rangers are looking at for GM. When asked today while hosting "The NHL on NBC" at the Rockefeller Center Ice Rink whether Messier made the right move in openly discussing his thirst to be the next Ranger GM, the Chicken Parm., Ray Ferraro, was appauled. The Parm condemned Mess for speaking so prematurely, stating that those conversations should be kept behind closed doors for now. Do you think Mess is out of line?
