NBC Sports Network NHL analyst Mike Milbury completely trashed Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin for his lack of effort during Wednesday night's game against the Philadelphia Flyers. During the second intermission, Milbury said that Oveckin "should be ashamed of himself" for his "awful display of hockey" during the first two periods. Among the lowlights of Ovechkin's play that Milbury pointed out: A blind pass from behind the Flyers net that he sent all the way down to his own net. A "ridiculous embellishment" when trying to draw a penalty Poor effort on a backcheck A line change taken as the Flyers were scoring a goal. The Flyers won the game 4-1. H/T Puck Daddy.
