Before tonight’s game I found a good spot along the boards and figured I’d capture a little bit of video of warm-ups. Since it was Salute to the Military night, the Capitals were wearing their camouflage jerseys. Everything went fairly well, until Matt Hendricks decided to run the boards in front of me, in the process knocking one of my lenses to the ground. Lesson learned, never store a $200 lens on the lip of the boards when hockey players are around:
