Mitch Beck at The Howlings reports that JT Miller will likely be invited to Rangers camp when it hopefully opens on Sunday.
Most reports have indicated that Miller would start the season with the CT Whale.

...if Miller is given a legit shot to make the roster during camp, I think he'll give guys like Pyatt, Halpern, Asham and Rupp a real run for one of the final spots. Ultimately, I think he's destined for the Whale. But similar to Hagelin last year, I feel you'll see him re-called at some point during the season.
Here's an interesting development that could affect Miller...
It's "expected" tho not official yet that the 10-game rule for called up juniors will become the six-game rule.

...no way Miller is being sent back to his junior team in Plymouth. He's either going to be playing for the Whale or Ranger...
