Chris Mueller was recalled to play with the Nashville Predators Tuesday afternoon, prior to their match against the Colorado Avalanche at Bridgestone Arena. This movement was made because of an upper body injury suffered Monday night to Gabriel Bourque.
Bourque left the game at the end of the first period and didn't return. The cause of the injury is uncertain, but is believed to be because of two collisions with Blackhawks forward Dan Carcillo in a span of seven seconds.
Mueller's return to the Predators' roster brings them a better faceoff man in front and a scorer, something they need right now.
Most likely, until the return of Mike Fisher, Mueller will center a line with Matt Halischuk/Nick Spaling/Brandon Yip/Bobby Butler. It all depends on who Barry Trotz inserts in the lineup.

A Nashville Predators fan was caught picking his nose and eating his boogers during their 3-1 win over the Colorado Avalanche.
This fan needs to take a lesson in nose picking 101 from this guy. Rule No. 1: don’t eat your boogers. Rule No. 2: ALWAYS give a wink after getting caught picking your nose on National television — it makes it cool.
