Eleven months after blowing out his right knee in a golf-cart incident, St. Louis Blues defenseman Erik Johnson has been cleared for all hockey activity.   Johnson, a former first-overall pick, missed all last season because of the injury. Now, he tells Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, he's "pumped" to get back into action.   Johnson has begun workouts in preparation for the 2009-10 NHL season. The Blues' training camp opens Sept. 12 with team physicals.   Johnson, 21, is 6-4 and 230 pounds. He finished No. 1 in strength training among Blues prospects who trained in St. Louis, Rutherford reports. He took part in the Blues' pro orientation camp last month but didn't participate in contact drills or the camp-ending scrimmage.   In 2007-08, his only NHL season, Johnson had five goals and 28 assists in 69 games. He figures to step into the Blues' top defense pairing and get significant time on the power play.  ...
