Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang left Wednesday's game against the Dallas Stars with an upper-body injury.
Letang was hurt when he took a shot to the head from Dallas forward Eric Nystrom, who received a two-minute roughing penalty.
The Penguins said Letang would not return to the game. The All-Star defenseman suffered a concussion in late November that sidelined him for nearly two months.
Despite missing 23 games, Letang had nine goals and 22 assists this season.

I just know the second I mentioned Kris Letang he’d take a header into the boards and be done. Well, I didn’t mention him and he still got hurt. Which is why I’m talking about him..
