Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang will sit out Saturday's game at Colorado due to concussion-like symptoms.
Letang was hurt in Wednesday's game against the Dallas Stars when he took a shot to the head from Dallas forward Eric Nystrom, who received a two-minute roughing penalty.
The All-Star defenseman suffered a concussion in late November that sidelined him for nearly two months.
Penguins coach Dan Bylsma said Letang will be further evaluated when the team returns to Pittsburgh.
Despite missing 23 games, Letang had nine goals and 22 assists this season.
