Penguins make cuts to roster

The Pens have cut down their training camp roster by seven to give leave them with 32 players on the active roster.    The biggest name cut was Eric Tangradi, though it seems most weren’t surprised because of his mediocre camp.  But here is the list of those cut: Ryan Craig Nick Johnson Colin McDonald Eric Tangradi Scott Munroe Brad Thiessen Scott Harrington Everybody but Scott Harrington was reassigned to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton team.  Craig, Johnson, McDonald and Munroe must clear waivers before heading down to the WBS.
