Washington Capitals (2-7-1) @ Pittsburgh Penguins (7-3-0) ROOT, NHLN-US. CSN-DC - 7:00 pm/et Consol Energy Center - Pittsburgh, PA This feels almost exactly like the kind of game that the Penguins overlook, doesn't it? The struggling Capitals visit Pittsburgh. The Penguins have won four-in-a-row. The Pens have a big home-and-home with the Devils coming up and they just dispatched of the Capitals on Sunday. On the other hand, the Caps are desperate for a win as they sit in 15th-place in the East and 30th in the entire league. Hopefully we're wrong. Also, Community is back tonight. Way too many gifs after the jump. You've been warned. Happy October 19th. Season Series: 1-0-0 Last meeting that counted: February 3, 2013. Penguins won 6-3. What we said in our recap: The game was different from what we've seen so far. It was high-intensity, but then everyone realized how big of a mess the Caps are. They look like a team just thrown together. And why in the world did they ever fire Bruce Boudreau? Maybe the team is just uncoachable. It's a big win because it was against Washington. Know Your Enemy: Rock The Red.net What they're saying: The Washington Capitals are in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to take on the Penguins this evening as they continue to look for a boost in form. The Capitals, having lost two in a row, most recently a 3-2 decision at the hands of the Leafs Tuesday are 2-7-1 on the season for five standings points; they are therefore dead last in the Southeast Divison, the Eastern Conference, and the entire National Hockey League. The Penguins, riding a four-game winning streak, are 7-3-0 and on top of the Atlantic Division and second in the Eastern Conference. This is the second game of three between these two clubs this season; the Penguins humbled the Capitals 6-3 on Sunday afternoon. Pittsburgh Penguins Lines: Kunitz - Crosby - Dupuis Boychuk - Malkin - Neal Cooke - Sutter - Kennedy Glass - Vitale - Adams Despres - Letang Orpik - Martin Engelland - Bortuzzo Fleury Washington Capitals Lines: Johansson - Backstrom - Brouwer Wolski - Ribero - Ovechkin Chimera - Crabb - Ward Hendricks - Beagle - Fehr Alzner - Green Poti - Carlson Schultz - Kundratek Neuvirth Lines via Daily Faceoff.  Ovechkin is on the second line...
