Today in the Daily News, John Dellapina informs us that Jagr is open to meeting with Bardin at some point next week. Frankly, it's absurd, and no one in the dressing room or the front office can be too pleased about it. According to Dellapina, Jagr has hinted in recent weeks that he believes the Rangers are unlikely to resign him. If true, this Garden parishioner couldn't be more thrilled. Lord knows the team could use the cap space.
