(Los Angeles Kings-Getty Images) The Nashville Predators return to California on their road trip, this time to Los Angeles to play against the reigning Stanley Cup Champions Kings. Currently Nashville is on a three game losing streak and would love to snap it Thursday night. For the Kings, they look to continue their win streak to three. Winning only one game so far has not done well for the confidence of this relatively inexperienced roster. Star goaltender Pekka Rinne has been playing well, but hasn't been doing enough to get his first win of the season. It might be time for head coach Barry Trotz to rest him and give backup Chris Mason his second shot of the season. The offense just hasn't been there for the Predators. Turnovers in the breakout and in their defensive zone have killed momentum in each game they've participated in. Things are going to have to change for this team quickly before the real sprint to the playoffs begin. Nashville will be without Patric Hornqvist with a leg injury suffered in Anaheim over the past weekend. Hornqvist is in Nashville receiving treatment. Kings: As expected with most post-Stanley Cup victories, the team will start slow at the beginning of the season. It took four games before Los Angeles saw their first win of the season after doing better each game they played in.  After losing to the Vancouver Canucks in a shootout in their last game, head coach Darryl Sutter will be switching up the lines. However, that hasn't been fully reported yet. Los Angeles has overcome with a couple injuries as well. Matt Greene is out with a back injury and Willie Mitchell with a knee injury.
