MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Admirals fired a season high 43 shots on net, but could only get one by Lake Erie goalie Calvin Pickard as the Monsters topple the Ads 2-1 on Friday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.The Admirals outshot the Monsters 43-19 overall and 15-1 in the third period, but Pickard, the brother of former Ads netminder Chet Pickard, withstood the attack.However, for the first time all season it was the Admirals who got on the board first, as Michael Latta got his first tally of the season on the power-play 12:24 of the opening stanza. Latta jumped on a loose puck right in front of the crease and jammed it by Pickard.
