I received a scoop yesterday from a source inside the Predators organization that Alex Radulov and Andrei Kostitsyn had spent the evening prior to Game 2 in a hotel bar where the TSN television crew that was working Game’s 1 & 2 was also staying. From what I heard, Poile was contacted directly from a member of the TSN television crew about Radulov/Kostitsyn which is how the team found out about it in the first place. I contacted the Predators and I was told that they “do not intend to comment further on any aspects of the situation, including on rumors and reports”. So, that’s about all I know for right now. While the Predators won’t confirm or comment on the story further, what I heard was from a credible source. Take that as you will. We’ll be following up on this report if we hear anything further, which I doubt we will.
