teammates on the short road trip this week. Having the full team together is always a positive thing and great to see the injured guys making the trip, especially during a holiday week.
For Staal it is the first trip he has made with the team so far this season and...

According to the Rangers, Marc Staal, Wojtek Wolski and Mike Rupp -- all currently on injured reserve -- have made the trip to Florida with the team. For Staal, this is the first trip he has made since being sidelined, and the same goes for Wolski and Rupp, but they have obviously been kept home due to surgery.
The Rangers haven't made any other statements on these players...

That sounds about right. The Rangers were anticipating the suspension, so either Carl Hagelin or John Mitchell—both called up Thursday—will play in Deveaux’s spot this afternoon in D.C. Maybe both will play.
