NHL suspends Rangers’ Deveaux for three games

Will update with more later. The NHL suspended Andre Deveaux for three games for his elbow to the head of Florida’s Tomas Fleischmann Wednesday in Sunrise. That sounds about right. The Rangers were anticipating the suspension, so either Carl Hagelin or John Mitchell—both called up Thursday—will play in Deveaux’s spot this afternoon in D.C. Maybe both will play.
