Detroit will open a four-game road trip on Tuesday with a visit to Texas, where they'll face off against the Dallas Stars in NHL betting action. The Stars will be a favorite in this contest at home, where they have won three of four head-to-head.
The Red Wings have been spectacular at home with 12 straight victories, but they have lost six of their past nine road games. Detroit did win the opener in the season series with Dallas 5-2, but that came at Joe Louis Arena in the Motor City.
