The 2011-12 NHL hockey season was officially over Monday night as the Los Angeles Kings hoisted the Stanley Cup. Unfortunately, the Nashville Predators' season ended well before Monday night. The Predators were eliminated by the Phoenix Coyotes in the Western Conference Semi-Finals May 7. Now that the season is over and we look forward to the off-season.
