Earlier today, we noted that the Blackhawks were close to signing goalie Mac Carruth. They have reportedly signed him to a three-year, entry-level deal with a $525k cap number (per RDS). It is a two-way deal.

The Blackhawks have decided to bring back Jamal Mayers for another year for a $600K cap hit. $550K will be guaranteed money while $50K will be paid in bonuses.
