PLAYERS: Bobby Ryan
TEAMS: Anaheim Ducks
In the on-again, off-again case of the Anaheim Ducks' Bobby Ryan, it appears he's on again -- the trading block, that is. TSN's Bob McKenzie reported Ryan is available via trade but isn't necessarily a lock Ryan will be dealt. The young, talented forward was pulled off the market briefly when coach Randy Carlyle was fired. Ryan, 25, has four consecutive seasons with at least 30 goals and has three years, $15 million remaining on his current contract.

Bobby Ryan May Be Available

via TSN, It appears that Anaheim Ducks forward Bobby Ryan could once again be on the trade market. TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie tweeted on Tuesday that Ryan may be available again after he was taken off the market after the departure of former Ducks head coach Randy Carlyle. Ryan’s name was mentioned in trade rumours at several points last season. The 25-year-old scored 31...

Bobby Ryan trade rumors begin again

Add another name to the ever-churning trade rumor mill.  TSN’s Bob McKenzie reports that Anaheim GM Bob Murray has been receiving numerous calls regarding 25-year-old left wing Bobby Ryan. You’ll recall that Ryan was in the thick of swirling trade winds in November, but the firing of coach Randy Carlyle quashed those discussions for the 2011-2012 season. But now McKenzie reports...

Bill Meltzer: Meltzer's Musings: Bobby Ryan, Draft Sleepers

On the same day that Pierre LeBrun reported that the Flyers continue to "aggressively pursue" a trade for Columbus winger Rick Nash, Bob McKenzie reported that the Anaheim Ducks are once again willing to listen to trade offers for Bobby Ryan after temporarily putting a hold on any such discussions when Bruce Boudreau replaced Randy Carlyle as coach last December. It...

GARTH: Ryan's Way?

So I'm driving home from the office on Tuesday afternoon, and I hear James Cybulski interviewing Bob McKenzie on TSN 1050. The subject of trade Bobby Ryan "chatter" percolated for a few moments between the host and his guest. Shortly after that interview, the Twittersphere blew up with "Bobby Ryan Is Being Traded Rumours". Slow down folks. Bobby Ryan, it...

Red Wings evening news: free agent chatter and Darren Helm-plications

Amongst this evening’s Red Wings-related news: • First and foremost, no. Just no. Bobby Ryan would be too expensive and the Wings are worried about adding via free agency, not surrendering assets in a trade. • The most interesting scuttlebutt of directly Red Wings-related note comes from the Windsor Star’s Bob Duff’s Twitter account... #redwings Holland on neg. with...

Eric Engels: Patch Wins His Life Back, Bobby Ryan=Better Value than Rick Nash

What a relief it must have been for Max Pacioretty to accept the Bill Masterton Award, to not only move on from a devastating injury that changed his life forever, but to also push past the discussion of his comeback. Pacioretty guaranteed media members last summer that he'd return better than ever, and though that was hard to believe at the time, it was proven true in nearly...
