Carolina Hurricanes veteran left wing Cory Stillman is expected to announce his retirement on Thursday.
The 37-year-old Stillman has made plans to join the front office of the Florida Panthers as a member of their player development staff, according to a report by The Peterborough (Ontario) Examiner.
Stillman collected 278 goals, 449 assists and 489 penalty minutes in 16 seasons with the Calgary Flames, St. Louis Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning, Carolina, Ottawa Senators and Florida.
