As discussed recently, the Toronto Maple Leafs don't seem to have much interest in signing unrestricted free agent Marty Turco. But that doesn't mean the organization isn't looking to add another veteran goaltender through other means -- ie. a trade.The Toronto Sun reports GM Brian Burke could have his eye on Evgeni Nabokov of the New York Islanders, Scott Clemmensen of the Florida Panthers, and even Antero Niittymaki of the San Jose Sharks.While a deal for Niittymaki wouldn't take place for a few weeks -- the netminder is still recovering from hip surgery -- both Nabokov and Clemmensen are intriguing possibilities. The Islanders appear extremely eager to trade Nabokov and could benefit from acquiring one of the Leafs' many capable defenseman in return for a package deal.
