The Buffalo Sabres have been without defenseman Andrej Sekera for their last three games.
He's not expected to return any time soon after being diagnosed with pneumonia, the Buffalo News reported on Monday.
Sekera, 25, has collected three goals, 10 assists and 12 penalty minutes in 58 games this season.
