With Patrick Kaleta suspended for the next four games, the Buffalo Sabres have decided to call up 22-year old prospect Corey Tropp to the main roster from Rochester of the AHL. Tropp, a former third-round pick by the Sabres, has had a very impressive start to the 2011-2012 season with the Americans, scoring seven points in 10 games. At age 22 he is still considered a prospect, and giving him some NHL time should be a good experience for the former Michigan State Spartan.
