San Jose, CA—The Sharks Vice President/General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that they have re-assigned 11 players from their training camp roster to their American Hockey League affiliate the Worcester Sharks. Worcester is San Jose’s top development farm team that is located in western Massachusetts and represents the AHL in the Eastern Conferences Atlantic Division Here’s the list of players who were sent down. PLAYER POS CLUB ASSIGNED TO HOW ACQUIRED Konrad Abeltshauser D Worcester (AHL) Selected in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft (6th round, 163rd overall) JP Anderson G Worcester (AHL) Signed as a free agent on Sep. 21, 2010 Kyle Bigos D Worcester (AHL) Trade with Edmonton, July 6, 2013 Jimmy Bonneau LW Worcester (AHL) Signed to an AHL contract with Worcester on Sept. 27, 2011 Riley Brace RW Worcester (AHL) Signed to an AHL contract with Worcester on April 5, 2013 Chris Crane RW Worcester (AHL) Selected in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft (7th round, 200th overall) Dylan DeMelo D Worcester (AHL) Selected in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft (6th round, 179th overall) James Livingston RW Worcester (AHL) Signed as a free agent on Mar. 11, 2011 Travis Oleksuk C Worcester (AHL) Signed as a free agent on Mar. 30, 2012 Sebastian Stalberg C Worcester (AHL) Signed as a free agent on Mar. 14, 2012 Marek Viedensky C Worcester (AHL) Selected in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft (7th round, 189th overall) As of today that reduces their training camp roster down to 42 players.
