Ottawa Senators center Peter Regin will miss Saturday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets due to an ailing shoulder.
Regin aggravated the surgically repaired shoulder in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets. He is expected to see a second medical opinion.
Senators coach Paul MacLean refused to speculate how long Regin could be sidelined.
The 25-year-old Regin has a goal and two assists in five games this season.
