Signing Marlowe and Pavelski a Real Coup

It looks like the Sharks decided to commit Nabakov’s cap space to resigning the two forwards that came out biggest in the playoffs… Patrick Marlowe and Joe Pavelski. Pavelski had 25 goals in 67 games and then he lead the Sharks in scoring in the playoffs. So look out… This is not a one-line team anymore. Management brought four young goalies into the fold in the past few years Thomas Greiss, Alex Stalock,  Harri Sateri, Thomas Heemskerk, and Tyson Sexsmith. When Nabakov failed to play well in the playoffs AGAIN this year, they decided it’s time to let him go and try a youth movement. Exciting stuff as we get set for the draft.
