Puck Drunk Love:
We've looked at Siri's affinity for hockey here before at Puck Drunk Love. When Hurricane Sandy was bearing down upon the Northeast, Siri thought that she was leading the Southeast Division. In another case of mistaken identity, curious Redditor ffffuuuuuuuuu (awesome handle, BTW) wondered what God looked like. What answer did Siri come up with?
Daniel Alfredsson. No, seriously -- Daniel Alfredsson.
For a closer look, here:
I'm going out on a limb in assuming that someone who worked on Siri during the development stages is a Senators fan.

This is pretty much the worst possible news for the Ottawa Senators. The 2012 Norris Trophy Winner is out indefinitely after the skate of Matt Cooke lacerated his left Achilles tendon in the Senators’ Wednesday night matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Karlsson picked up right where he left off last season, leading all defenseman in goals so far with six, but will face a massive...
This has nothing to do with the fact that notorious cheap shot artist Matt Cooke is involved with the play. As I watch this over and over again, it looks as though Cooke stomps on Erik Karlsson’s leg as they collided. Karlsson won the Norris trophy last year as the league’s best defenseman, and is easily the Ottawa Senators best player. The Senators are going to be in some...
Devastating news for the Ottawa Senators as Erik Karlsson was lost indefinitely after Matt Cooke’s skate lacerated his Achilles tendon in what is probably one of the more painful injuries in all of sports. The injury came in the second period between the Senators and Penguins as both Karlsson and Cooke were heading over to [...]
One night after Senators defenseman Erik Karlsson was found guilty of submitting a “Dive of the Year” candidate, he suffered what looks to be a pretty serious injury. Karlsson and Pittsburgh’s Matt Cooke battled for the puck in the corner when, as the video shows, Cooke seemed to bring his skate down hard on the back of Karlsson’s left ankle.
Karlsson immediately fell...
Ottawa Senators defenseman Erk Karlsson had his Achilles' tendon cut by Pittsburgh's Matt Cooke. Did Cooke injure him intentionally?
The Ottawa Senators lost their biggest impact player on Wednesday night when Erik Karlsson severed his Achilles tendon when Matt Cooke’s skate clamped down on the defending Norris Trophy winners heel. Karlsson immediately went down in agony, when he tried to skate off on his own (even Swedish hockey players are tough) he tried to push off on his injured leg and could be seen...
Ottawa was a feel good story in the first quarter of the season as they started to pile up some wins with some very intriguing pieces which made bettors happy. The strange thing with injuries is there are times where you just do not see it coming. First, there was Jason Spezza, who had back surgery and MAY be back for the end of the regular season. Now, there is Erik Karlsson...
This is just an embarrassingly bad play by the young Ottawa Senators defenseman. Buffalo Sabres forward Patrick Kaleta barely touched Erik Karlsson’s back with his stick, and Karlsson went down like he’d been hit in the face. He even tried to sell it hard by taking a long time to get up. Not only was this a horrible dive by Karlsson, but what on Earth was the referee watching...

The Ottawa Senators will be without Erik Karlsson indefinitely after the star defenseman suffered a laceration to his left achilles tendon from Matt Cooke’s skate blade. According to the Senators, he will require surgery.
Video of the incident:

Norris Trophy winner Erik Karlsson had his 2012-2013 season cut short, literally, in Ottawa’s 4-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins. Karlsson took a skate to the back of his left foot from Pittsburgh’s Matt Cooke and the blade of the skate tore Karlsson’s Achilles’ tendon. Karlsson tried to skate off but couldn’t make it far and had to be helped from the ice with a couple...
Tonight’s NHL action was focused mainly on the Pittsburgh-Ottawa game. Some NHL GIFs:
Erik Karlsson of the Ottawa Senators fell victim to what appears to be an unintentional injury from the skate of the Penguins’ Matt Cooke. It was later revealed that Karlsson suffered a lacerated achilles tendon that will require surgery to repair and his length of recovery is indefinite.
