During second period action between Slovakia and Canada at the 2012 World Juniors, Canada’s Anthony Camara absolutely crushed Slovakian defenseman Patrik Luza with a devastating hit that left the 18-year-old a dazed, crumpled mess on the ice before being taken off by on a stretcher. After conferring for several minutes the referees decided to give Camara—who appears to never leave his feet nor target the head—a game misconduct penalty for charging for his highly questionable hit.
