It's three tons of ******** from the Bell Centre media that Kris Letang didn't get one of the three stars of the game Saturday night. He had the most points of anyone who played, and it was the best offensive game of his career, points-wise. Maybe the fact he was -2 swayed the media. Or maybe just because it was the Montreal media.
Brent Steve Sutter got the number-one star because he bookended the Pens' scoring. Max Pacioretty got the second star for some reason. Crosby got the third star because Crosby.
With those 4 points and despite missing a couple games, Letang is leading defensemen in scoring.
