In early December I ranked Devan Dubnyk as the #12 Oiler prospect, saying "he's in the range of goaltenders with enough ability to get a real chance and he's also in a group of men who'll need some luck in order to stay."Dubnyk has some luck on his side right now. A season-ending injury to Nikolai Khabibulin and inconsistent play from Jeff Deslauriers have given the 2004 1st round pick an excellent chance to show his stuff at the major league level.Those of us who have followed him in Kamloops, Stockton and Springfield are used to wide ranging SP totals game to game. Leading into last night, DD's totals were .889, .903, .929, .862, .731 and .875.
